Shikai Release Call: Cry from the heavens, Shizu Amaya
Shikai Appearance: The blade grows from it’s normal length of 27.5 inches to a new length of 30 inches. The blade becomes spiraled, a lot like the horn located on Shizu Amaya’s forehead. The blade also gains a blue black hue along its silver length. The hilt color also changes from a deep black to a light blue.
Shikai Abilities: Matsuki gains the ability to control water to a degree. She can either create small barrier of water around herself, or she can shoot blasts of water at an enemy. Although to do this she needs a significant amount of moisture in the air, or water near by. If there is not the right amount of water in the air, or there is none near by, she can pull it out of her own body. This is dangerous and she only uses it if she absolutely has to too survive.
Bankai Appearance: Nothing really changes except the fact that the sword can now make copies of itself and may even become a lance if Matsuki wills it.
Bankai Abilities: Matuski no longer needs to be near water to use her ability. She can directly pull it out of her reiatsu.

Personality: Matsuki is a rather strange individual. Most think she suffers from a multiple personality disorder. Most times she is a sweet, funny, and caring girl. She is a lover of all animals and will go out of her way to make sure they are safe. She likes to drink, a lot, and when off duty can almost always be found drinking somewhere out of sight. Due to her intense drinking, she can recover very quickly and almost never suffers from a hang over. She also likes to sing, usually off key, and will burst into songs at random moments.
Now, on to her multiple personality disorder, when a fight or debate shows up she changes into a completely different being. She gets instantly serious and gains an almost scary calm. Even though this transformation happens and most would think she would be a good fighter, she uses mostly passive or defensive spells or sword techniques. Even in her other state she cannot bring herself to hurt another unless it is unavoidable. When she is in this state she speaks more intelligently than during other instances. After the battle, debate, or what ever happened it takes a few days for her to return to her normal self
History: Matsuki was born in a rather small and quiet little village. She was the youngest child born to Juro and Masago Shirako. Growing up was hard on her, but her parents never seemed to notice. Her older brothers Isas and Chiko always picked on her and each time they started it ended in Matsuki being injured in some way. Each year on her birthday they got more and more intent on causing as much harm to her as they possibly could. On her eighteenth birthday they lured her out to a waterfall, where they pushed her over the edge. She slammed her head on the rocks knocking her unconscious. When she was pulled from the river five minutes later she was already dead.
The next thing Matsuki knew she was in the soul society and she had no idea how she had gotten there. After being in the soul society alone for several months she managed to make a few friends, which she called her new family. During this time her strength began to increase and she decided to leave and go to the Soul Reaper academy. After failing the entrance exams twice, she finally made it in. During her years in the academy she grew to become strong at defensive kidou and sword techniques. This is about the time when her second personality began to show itself. After a training trip to the realm of the living, where she first witnessed a Hollow, she became distant and quiet. After a week of this she returned to normal and only changed during a battle or debate.
She graduated around the medium level of her class, even after spending several years in the academy. There was little she could do about her offensive strength, although her defensive strength was very high.
