Yup! He is the awesome Cuatro Espada!
I acutally started getting worried near the end, Ulqui completly lost his cool. I mean his face showed emotion...Then when he said "You speak of someone who's never seen true dispair. I shall show you what true dispair looks like."
Shivers! He just started transforming his fingers turning into claws his hair getting longer his helmet turning into much larger horns...Man his release form is my fav so far!

Yup he showed anger his face wasn't calm or anything...it's like he just wants Ichigo to give up and go home...like he doesn't want to kill him or just teach him a lesson before he does.
He says he wants to show him true dispair...what does that mean exactly?
Also what is going to happen to Inoue?! Gah Uryuu you best not get her killed by taking her above the dome!
