"It's A Walk In The Park"

Arual flexed his fingers, still not used to the feel of the gigai. It was the afternoon rush hour, so the roads were busy. He walked down the sidewalk.

The sound of tires screeching and metal tearing echoed. The traffic came to a stop. Arual, like the others nearby, ran down to the nearest red light, where the cause of the noise was. One car had plowed into the red light pole and another had rammed into the side of it.

Haru sucked on a red sucker as he stared off into the sky. It had been awhile since he visited the real world... He hadn't been here since the incident in which he aqcuired his hollow powers. He knew full well that he owed Yamamoto and Tsukino his life. If not for them, Central 46 would not have allowed him to stay a captain. Haru had already been approached by the Visoreds, wanting him to join thier ranks.

"And you refused... Why?"

Trickmaster said as he hovered above Harugin's right shoulder. Yes, why had he refused? To him, the choice had been simple to make for him.

"Because... I'm a captain in the thirteen court guard squads. I would never betray everyone who calls me a captain to join the Visoreds."

He said simply, staring up at the sky. Trickmaster just gave a wide grin and dissapeared for the moment. Harugin heard a sudden crash and he decided to check out what it was. He walked off towards the direction of the sound and soon, he noticed Arual hanging around it as well.

"Oy Arual!"

He said with a grin as he walked over to him.

"Eh...Harugin?" Arual guessed. Harguin may look different, but Arual would recognize his voice, or anyone's really, anywhere, "What's up?"

Harugin looked at Arual with a fanged smile. He saw the 3rd seat of the 3rd squad often. After all, the 2nds squad and 3rd squad captains were best friends, so obviously, members from both squads knew eachother well.

"Me? Just wasting time goofing off."

He lied. Of course, Harugin lied all the time. He believed the world rested on a web of lies and one needed to lie in order to survive. He was a master at the craft. He was in reality, thinking about the trouble he went through because of the hollow Aizen created, and how that hollow was still inside him, even if it was locked away. If it ever broke loose, he would be killed.

"What brings you to the real world?"

[Admin]

"Same. It's too stuffy and boring back at the barracks, so I figured I'd pass time down here."

He gave a slight smile as he said so. Glancing around, he noticed much of the crowd had dissipated. 'Thank god for such a wonderful day.'

Harugin's mind drifted off again onto his inner hollow. Despite the danger it posed, he had gained a new power from it, and become stronger. Stronger so that he could make a better world for Yayoi, his insperiation for even being a captain. He wanted to make the world peaceful for her, and in order to do that, he needed to defeat Aizen.

And i'll do it... With this new power.

He thought to himself as he turned his attention to a ringing in his pocket. He flipped it open and saw that there was a hollow not to far from thier current positions. In fact, there were three hollow.

"Well, can't just ignore this."

He said calmly as he motioned for Arual to follow him.

Arual nodded and followed. 'Three at once?'

"What to do with the Gigai...?"

Harugin looked around at all the people around. He took Arual by the hand, leading him behind a back corner where they could be alone. He then pulled out a pez dispenser with soul candy in it, and popped one, instantly becoming his soul reaper self while his Gigai stayed behind.

"Good luck Nyah"

His body said behind Haru, putting his hand up in front of his face and giving a cat face as his hand took the appearence of a paw. It was Ginnosuke, a cat type artificial soul. He then handed the dispenser to Arual.

"Sorry, I just took a bunch of these things so I have no idea what type of personality you'll get."

He said with a grin.

Arual took the dispenser and popped a purple soul candy out. He swallowed it and instantaneously left his gigai.

The gigai paced and then loafed down onto the ground. The gigai took a hippo-like appearance before giving wishing them good luck as well. Well, at least Arual thought the groan was goodwill.

Haru blinked at the hippo that formed from the Gigai. He took another look at the pez dispenser and wondered just what the hell Urahara had put into it. His body was laughing it's head off at the Hippo and Harugin just shook his head.

"Just... Keep it out of sight."

Harugin's gigai took a stance like a military officer would, putting his hand to his head before saying

"Yes! Nyan."

Haru just gave one last look at the Hippo before turning to Arual and motioning him to follow. Three hollows would be easy to find. He used Shunpo, focusing on the Reitsu of the hollows. Soon, he came across a park where the hollows were chasing around some spirits of lost children. It seemed a soul buriel was needed as well. Haru stopped to look at each hollow, one was a centipeed, another a large orc looking creature, and the third a kangaroo looking hollow.

"I'll take the kangaroo-like 'un;" Arual said, unsheathing his zanpaktou. Feeling no need to call out the shikai, he took a running leap towards the hollow.

Arual brought the sword down on the hollows forearm, leaving a large gash.

Haru looked around at the three hollows. None of them looked all that powerful. Arual wasted no time in attacking one of them, charging at the Kangaroo looking hollow. The orc and the centipeed took a look at Harugin, his high spiritual pressure attracting them. He just stared at them, weaving a hand through the hair that covered his left eye.

"I've got something in common with you guys ya know."

He said stoicly, thinking of his hollow half that lay within him. The Centipeed hollow charged and dove headfirst at Haru. He caught the Centipeed by the mouth, holding it's jaws open while it tried to bite down. He used shunpo to dodge backwords, then sky step to shoot foreward and kick the hollow in the face, sending it crashing a few yards away.

"Pity... I pity you hollows."

He said as the Orc looking hollow dove at him. Harugin Caught the orcs hand, kicking it in the joint of the arm and breaking it like a twig. He then held his hand out, and suddenly his "Other side" weapon appeared. "Hado 54! Heian!" He yelled, pointing the Other side at the hollow. He then fired a blast of purple spiritual energy, incinerating the hollow, his other side weapon increasing the power of his Kido.

The Centipeed chareged at him again, but he merely fired another Hado 54 at it, incinerating it as well. He then turned to see how Arual was doing.

Digging the sword deep into the hollows muscle. He used the first Bakudo; First Restraint Obstruction; to keep the hollow still for a moment.

Then, pulling the zanpaktou out of the hollows muscle, he jumped backwards, resheathing the zanpaktou. Staring into the hollows dark eyes, he said,

"Hado 4; White Lightning!" Aiming for it's head. He struck it in the mask and watched as it split in half, the hollow disintegrating.

Haru watched as Arual used Kido to finish off the other hollow. It was nice to see that somebody else besides him made good use of Kido. The other hollow was finished off, along with the two Harugin killed. He checked his cell to make sure that everything was good, but soon, he brushed his hair from his left eye, gazing at a large hollow signal.

"Menos?"

He said as he saw the sky tear open and a large menos grande start walking it. The creature had a diffrent mask the normal Menos Grande. He looked up at the creature and just snorted at them.

"They show up like they have a chance."

He said, staring at the creature that let out a roar and began charging up a Cero.

"Is he one of them Cannibal menos?" Arual clenched his zanpaktou. Deciding now he might need to, as much as he hated to, he called out the shikai,

"Shiruba Tenshi!"
