Copying a character's history, personality, etc. off of Wikipedia or any other website or source, even paraphrasing, is against the rules and will bar you from applying for the character again. This is your warning.
Using Wikipedia or something for reference is okay. Say you can't remember the Shikai call of a certain canon character? You may use Wikipedia to look it up. Don't know much about a certain disorder or trait? Wiki it.
However, we will not allow plagiarization (which is illegal). For example, copying the wiki page for albinism does not show us that you have researched albinism. It just shows that you know how to copy-paste. Weave what you know about the condition into the history, personality & appearance and your application will be that much better.
